An events business operating globally was looking for a virtual assistant for events and admin. The support involves planning, events admin, research and social media. 

Over time, I have been able to develop good relationships with their clients to ensure continuous discussions and developments of ideas going forward.  

Virtual Assistant for Events

Regular meeting with clients to ensure we were meeting milestones for events and that the clients felt confident in our abilities to manage their events. These meetings were carried out via phone or video conferencing. 

Researching costs of venues, suppliers, catering and merchandise. Presenting research to clients and guiding them on the best options in terms of cost and delivery. 

This client required a virtual assistant for events for full planning of events from start to finish. This included setting a timeline, marketing, liaising with clients, booking venues and staff, hiring caterers, seating arrangements, decorations, sourcing event partners, sourcing speakers, arranging content for the website and social media and more. 

Planning the social media posts in the run up to events. This included creating images and banners for posts and speakers, writing content, scheduling using scheduling software, and responding to engagement through social media channels. All social media was monitored with monthly reports and post-events reports created and distributed to management. 

Planning and creating marketing emails in relation to up-coming events. These were carefully planned so as to not overwhelm audiences with multiple events. 

Managing event booking and payments using relevant software to ensure each delegate was catered to according to their needs regarding access and diet.
