Terms of Service

  • Consultations and quotations are free and are carried out by email, telephone or video call.
  • By using my services, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and my privacy policy.
  • All work carried out  will be proof-read and checked, however final proof-reading of the work lies with the client.
  • For larger projects, a time frame will be negotiated with the client.
  • Whilst I endeavour to provide the highest level of service, I do not accept any liability or financial/business responsibility for any work produced, or for the end use of any documents or materials produced or edited by myself on behalf of the client.
  • I aim to provide professional business support, but I do not accept responsibility for the success or failure of clients’ businesses.
  • I reserve the right to reject any work, including work which I believe to be unlawful or immoral.
  • Plan hours cannot be carried forward into the next month.
  • Payments must be made in advance in order to book my time.
  • Payments must be made by GoCardless as a direct debit
  • My services and virtual assistant pricing plans can be cancelled at any time, however, I ask for one month’s notice in order for me to adjust my diary and workload. 
  • Any additional costs such as postage, large volumes of outbound calls etc. will be billed to the client separately on a monthly basis. 
  • If a client requires me to take a journey out of the office, I will charge for my time for the duration of the journey including any additional costs such as transport, hotels, meals etc. 
  • In the event of my service/contract being cancelled, the client agrees to pay for all services/time used up until the point of cancellation.
  • Any extra hours used over the plan amount will be billed for separately on a monthly basis. 
  • I guarantee the highest level of confidentiality at all times. 
  • I will not pass or sell your data onto 3rd parties.
  • Before we begin working together, I will send a confidentiality agreement for us both to sign via SignNow.
